By buying anything from the Donlol store, you agree to these terms and to the Donlol rules.

Delivery

Purchases are delivered automatically in-game, usually within a minute of payment. If you’re offline, they’re delivered the next time you join. Enter your exact Minecraft username at checkout. Bedrock players put a “.” in front of their username.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. If something you bought didn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll fix it.

Changes to ranks and items

We may adjust, rebalance or retire ranks, perks and items at any time to keep the game fair and balanced. If something you bought is substantially changed, we’ll try to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

Punishments

Mutes, kicks and bans for breaking the rules aren’t grounds for a refund. If you think a punishment was unfair, appeal in our Discord server.

Virtual items

Ranks, Jades and other in-game items have no real-world value and can’t be exchanged for money or traded outside the server.
